The Energy Event is the UK’s only event dedicated to energy procurement, management and efficiency and CT-Live has been managing stands at the show for the past five years. The event plays an important role in EDF Energy’s marketing calendar, particularly so they can host invitation only workshops and exclusively entertain clients.
Solution
CT-Live negotiated with the show organisers to allow us to set up a unique hospitality area in the main car park opposite the entrance. We sourced a mobile exhibition unit and created a business style, classroom setting inside the unit for EDF Energy experts to share their knowledge on the state of the industry with selected customers. A special decking and garden area provided the perfect setting for a barbeque between sessions.
Results
By thinking out of the box, CT-Live was able to provide EDF Energy with a high-profile location and bespoke solution for it’s workshop sessions. “Thanks to your input, we significantly increased our brand exposure and managed to fill the entire programme by virtue of close proximity to the main exhibition,” was just one of the comments from a senior B2B manager post event.
