Quick thinking by CT-Live managing director, Shirley Chick ensured the deputy prime minister of Singapore, Teo Chee Hean, opened the Admiralty stand at Sea Asia 2011, Asia’s premier maritime exhibition and conference held in Singapore mid April.

Mr Teo officially opened the show and as he moved through the show, obliged us and chatted to senior executives from United Kingdom Hydrographic Office who were present to announce the opening of the UKHO’s first overseas office in Singapore.

Decision-makers from the global shipping industry participated in the leading industry event held at the iconic Marina Bay Sands. CT-Live engaged Bafta award winning animation Andrew Peck to produce a stunning animation for the video wall on the stand and worked with stand designers Identity Live Communications to bring the world-class Admiralty brand and its navigation products to life. We also hosted thought leadership seminars by futurist, Dean van Leeuwen of TomorrowToday, who shared important trends and challenges for the maritime industry.
